Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver performant, reliable, intuitive AI agents for production use.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise leaders and startups to understand business challenges and build AI agent solutions.
- Build generalizable agent frameworks and capabilities for industry-specific use cases, including voice-model integrations.
- Use customer insights to prototype platform tools and features and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and the ability to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include production AI or LLM experience, founding engineer or founder experience, familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and React, TypeScript, or Go.
- Previous customer-facing experience or experience leading technical projects with external stakeholders is preferred.
