Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale internal tools that support and streamline production facilities.
- Develop robust systems in Rust to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Production teams.
- Recognize opportunities to create tools and improve infrastructure for better cross-team efficiency.
- Be an integral member of a small software team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Rust or a strong systems programming background with eagerness to work in Rust.
- Experience building internal tooling or production support systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with hardware engineers and production teams.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, startup atmosphere.
- High level of maturity, ownership, and pride in your work.
