Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete pull-request lifecycle, including contributor coordination, review-status tracking, merge queues, branching compliance, issue tracking, tagging, release preparation, and repository hygiene.
  • Conduct technical reviews of code involving sensor interfaces, robotics pipelines, ROS2 packages, and middleware integrations.
  • Monitor and maintain build pipelines, troubleshoot failures, coordinate fixes, and support Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Identify interface mismatches, dependency issues, and integration blockers across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply knowledge of hardware-facing software, communication stacks, and deployment constraints to improve integration workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least four years of professional experience in robotics software, system integration, or embedded software environments.
  • Strong C++ development skills in Linux environments; experience with C or scripting languages is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with the ROS2 ecosystem and robotics software integration workflows.
  • Strong familiarity with Git-based development, advanced pull-request reviews, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and automated build systems.
  • Understanding of sensor integration, middleware, distributed software systems, and robotics pipelines including perception, localization, and control interfaces.
  • Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SPI, I2C, or UART; embedded systems or RTOS experience is desirable.
  • Ability to navigate and align goals across multiple teams and cross-functional environments.
