Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI-driven web applications and enterprise software solutions.
- Rapidly deliver prototypes, proof-of-concepts, minimum viable products, and production-grade AI solutions.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, and Fastify.
- Build frontend experiences with TypeScript, React, and Next.js that meet enterprise UI and accessibility standards.
- Containerize, deploy, and operate production applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
- Design schemas, optimize queries, and maintain transactional consistency in relational databases.
- Build and operate vector database solutions and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Work with LLMs, enterprise AI platforms, and orchestration frameworks to deliver AI use cases.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, documentation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and cloud/platform teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience delivering enterprise-grade software across backend and frontend systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Fastify, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, production reliability, scalability, and Microsoft Azure services including AKS, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Container Registry.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, vector databases such as Chroma, Milvus, or Pinecone, and pgvector.
- Production experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines and working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar enterprise AI services.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and enterprise design patterns.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and architecture decision-making skills, with prior mentoring or engineering excellence experience.
- Preferred experience includes MLOps, AI platform operations, model lifecycle management, event-driven or distributed architecture, observability, regulated environments, and infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
