Base Salary
$130k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, architect, and code digital solutions and software applications.
- Conduct system testing and debugging.
- Lead automation and reliability improvements, root-cause resolution, and observability initiatives.
- Serve as technical lead for complex production issues.
- Establish operational best practices and ensure applications meet availability, compliance, audit, and supportability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical direction and innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience with C/C++ and/or .NET.
- 3+ years of experience with Linux or Windows environments and GitHub.
- Experience developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-performance applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve performance, stability, and reliability issues.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, memory management, and multithreading.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high-school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims processing, adjudication, or pricing systems is preferred.
