Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect the infrastructure strategy for secure deployments.
- Lead the evolution of CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms.
- Define and govern Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Architect the enterprise observability strategy using the Grafana stack.
- Drive infrastructure security architecture and compliance policies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to development teams and advocate for SRE culture.
- Act as Incident Commander during high-severity outages.
- Mentor and raise the engineering excellence across the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform, or DevOps engineering.
- Deep software engineering skills with the ability to architect complex systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes in multi-tenant and multi-cluster environments.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Strong systems-level thinking for complex deployment architectures.
- Deep expertise with observability platforms and monitoring strategies.
- Strong background in infrastructure security architecture.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
