Responsibilities
- Architect and design intelligent, autonomous AI workflows using Workato's platform.
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging large language models.
- Create techniques for large language models to perform complex behaviors.
- Maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
- Customize Workato AI solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and improve AI system performance continuously.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
- Ensure AI-driven automation aligns with enterprise IT best practices.
- Deliver custom product demonstrations for internal teams.
- Contribute to Workato's knowledge base and improve internal processes.
- Prioritize outstanding customer service experiences.
- Support product managers in creating technical specifications.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
- Proven experience in AI engineering focused on agent-based systems.
- Experience designing scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with integration projects and automation technologies.
- 5+ years with integration platforms like TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, data structures, and databases.
- 2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluent in English and business-level proficiency in Japanese required.
