Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end BDD, API, browser UI, mobile UI, performance, security, exploratory, and accessibility testing.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks and deliver well-structured, maintainable, fully tested systems within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Participate in POD and cross-POD Quality Engineering activities to identify and establish testing dependencies and touchpoints.
- Propose practical workarounds and solutions for blockers to protect delivery timelines.
- Measure improvements, close quality and process gaps, and contribute to efficiency and value-add initiatives.
- Support testing across both development and production support phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and enhancing test automation frameworks.
- Strong Quality Engineering and test management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, Maven or Gradle, REST APIs, REST Assured or Karate, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and Java IDEs.
- Understanding of HTTP, JSON, Cucumber, BDD, and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence, including CI/CD exposure through Jenkins.
- Working experience with Agile and SAFe practices, including in-sprint automation.
- Good understanding of cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with BrowserStack or other cloud-based device farms.
