Responsibilities
- Provide second- and third-line technical support for Oracle Fusion applications and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Diagnose integration, custom report, data conversion, and system performance issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage Oracle Support Service Requests and provide required logs and technical information.
- Debug and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, and other technical components.
- Perform minor enhancements, customizations, data corrections, and data uploads using standard Oracle tools.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and concurrent programs and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, impact analysis, and regression testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with functional consultants, IT teams, business stakeholders, and non-technical users.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Strong proficiency with BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model and command of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with data loaders such as FBDI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- English proficiency at the required C2 level.
- Listed preferred or relevant certifications include Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional and Oracle Financials Cloud implementation certifications for Receivables, General Ledger, Payables, and Procurement.
