Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code.
- Own Kubernetes cluster operations including deployments, scaling, and incident response.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for a large-scale monorepo.
- Implement observability across services with metrics, logging, and alerting.
- Drive reliability practices such as SLOs, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Operationalize and scale enterprise AI deployments on-premise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience.
- Manage secrets, access controls, and infrastructure security.
- Evaluate and adopt new tooling to reduce operational toil.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills using Pulumi, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Experience operating CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language.
- Solid understanding of IaaS providers, networking, and TLS.
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid deployments.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Organized with great attention to detail, comfortable in a ticketing environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
