Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build tools and automation for employment compliance management.
- Integrate APIs and build data pipelines.
- Create API endpoints to support applications and partners.
- Develop UI/UX solutions to address user compliance challenges.
- Design, implement, and iterate new features from scratch.
- Synthesize user feedback to inform future development.
- Establish initial infrastructure and continuous integration workflows.
- Collaborate with the founder and founding team to build prototypes and MVPs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
- Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills.
- Technical ability combined with a deep understanding of product development.
- Ability to solve novel problems and think critically.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; familiarity with React, FastAPI, and Postgres is preferred.
- Desire to learn new things and go beyond engineering.
