Responsibilities
- Design and build reinforcement learning tasks for AI coding models.
- Quality-assure tasks to ensure they target meaningful capability gaps.
- Manage the full lifecycle of task development, including ideation and iteration.
- Direct coding agents and evaluate their outputs for subtle failures.
- Contribute to shared infrastructure improvements, such as build pipelines and QA automation.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Ability to work independently at a consistent pace.
- Developed intuition for the capabilities and limitations of coding agents.
- No prior machine learning or AI experience required.
