Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve productivity and software quality.
- Configure enterprise resource planning solutions and troubleshoot functional application issues.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in IFS Solutions Functional Management.
- Proficiency in IFS Solutions Functional Management.
- Integration experience.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding business processes and translating them into functional software requirements.
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise resource planning solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional software issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
