Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Assist with integrations, testing, UAT coordination, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
- Deliver fixes, enhancements, documentation, controls, and quality tracking.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain technical decisions, and track progress.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and automation scaling efforts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with web-based query tools.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and basic project management experience.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, integrations, UAT, production environments, RPA, custom connectors, APIs, JavaScript, Golang, React, Python, or AI Builder.
- Ability to support automation delivery from requirements through production support and communicate technical decisions clearly.
