Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools that automate implementation work and guide complex configuration tasks.
- Integrate AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities into products from prototype through production.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring needed to run AI systems reliably at scale.
- Collaborate with product, implementation, partner, data science, platform engineering, and enablement teams to translate deployment challenges into AI solutions.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of deployed AI capabilities.
- Help establish engineering standards and best practices for AI development on a newly growing discipline.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
- Proficiency in at least one statically typed language such as Java, Scala, Rust, or C++.
- Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models.
- Experience implementing agentic design patterns in which an LLM uses tools to interact with its environment.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience architecting complex event-driven systems that handle asynchronous tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, translate complex problems into clear solutions, and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented culture.
