Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable, high-performance foreign exchange trading solutions.
- Develop backend services and responsive front-end applications, including real-time user interfaces.
- Build FX platform capabilities for pricing, execution, algorithmic trading, order routing, and data analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers, traders, sales teams, and engineers in small cross-functional teams.
- Own system design, code quality, agile delivery, test automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Use AI-driven development approaches to improve engineering productivity and contribute to technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- More than five years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience with Angular, React, messaging frameworks such as MQ and Kafka, relational databases, and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of an agile software development team.
- Experience in financial services, particularly FX trading applications, is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI-driven development tools and approaches, including Claude, Codex, Copilot, or Windsurf, is sought.
