Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI architecture and reference models across applications, platforms, data domains, and integration layers.
- Design secure AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI systems for enterprise use cases in manufacturing, supply chain, and business functions.
- Lead AI security architecture covering data protection, IAM, and secure integrations.
- Establish AI governance, lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and architecture quality standards.
- Align AI governance with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Implement AI cost-control strategies and FinOps practices.
- Define AI engineering standards including RAG, prompt engineering, and LLMOps.
- Advise executives on AI strategy, risks, and investments.
- Establish and lead the AI Center of Excellence and govern adherence to its standards and operating model.
- Drive reuse of AI patterns, components, and platforms and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, AI architecture, data management, or broader IT functions.
- Extensive experience in enterprise AI architecture and multiple enterprise platforms and domains.
- Experience with IoT and production Agentic AI and GenAI systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI cost control.
- Strong cybersecurity and risk-management mindset.
- Experience establishing or leading Centers of Excellence or governance bodies.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate across domains, and influence colleagues and key decision-makers.
