Responsibilities
- Translate business outcomes into traceable solution designs with business stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end solutions for large, multi-market frontline channel products and features.
- Create and evolve CRM, SaaS, cloud-native, and on-premises architecture for scalability, resilience, portability, and cost efficiency.
- Design integration patterns across CRM and SaaS platforms, cloud services, and on-premises systems.
- Design AI-enabled capabilities, including intelligent automation, agentic workflows, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Define physical and deployment architecture, including environments, hosting, networking, and deployment approaches.
- Embed authentication, authorization, data protection, cybersecurity, performance, availability, and observability requirements by design.
- Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and options to business and engineering stakeholders.
- Drive architecture governance and risk management, produce architecture deliverables, coordinate reviews, and manage approved deviations from standards.
- Guide engineers in global delivery environments and manage stakeholders, ambiguity, and escalation.
Requirements
- Experience in architecture, ideally delivering complex end-to-end platforms in financial services.
- Strong CRM architecture and extensibility experience, including configuration, customization, platform patterns, and integrations.
- Solid cloud architecture capability with Azure cloud-native experience; AWS and GCP knowledge is advantageous.
- Practical AI solution design experience, including agentic or human-in-the-loop workflows and safe integration patterns.
- Fluency in API and event-driven design, including REST, asynchronous messaging, and integration standards.
- Strong security architecture judgment covering identity, access control, encryption, data handling, and cyber risk.
- Ability to operate in agile, global delivery environments and provide clear, pragmatic technical direction.
- Strong governance, risk management, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is advantageous.
