Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer requirements, RFP/RFI scope, workflows, specifications, and solution needs.
- Coordinate with customers, presales teams, project managers, architects, technical leads, QA, and delivery teams.
- Design, present, demonstrate, and refine proposed Salesforce CPQ solutions and prototypes.
- Review test cases, support quality assurance, conduct integration testing and user acceptance demonstrations, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Facilitate change requests, apply data modeling practices, and provide feedback to improve delivered solutions.
- Support project milestone planning, delivery execution, customer satisfaction, and on-time quality delivery.
- Create whitepapers, research papers, user stories, market research, and reusable knowledge-repository components.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience gathering customer requirements, creating solution specifications, and coordinating technical delivery teams.
- Ability to support testing, demonstrations, change management, project planning, and customer engagement.
