Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and integrate custom software components and enterprise applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions for complex problems across teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and create technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting software components.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
