Responsibilities

  • Develop the core Load Distribution engine using finite state machines, dynamic homing, Weighted Average Score algorithms, and hysteresis.
  • Architect high-throughput API and messaging layers using gRPC and RabbitMQ.
  • Implement distributed leader election and consensus mechanisms with Consul Raft and LockAuthority across active-active deployments.
  • Scale the system to handle more than 3,000 assignments per second while integrating Apache Ignite and GridGain for caching and data recovery.
  • Document technical designs and explain complex technical concepts.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of deep hands-on experience with Golang, preferably, and proficiency in C, C++, or Java.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, concurrency control, and finite state machines.
  • Hands-on expertise with gRPC, Protobuf v3, and RabbitMQ.
  • Strong background with Apache Ignite, GridGain, Consul Raft, and LockAuthority.
  • Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
