Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing across KEPM services and interfaces.
- Design, document, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for new features.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects in Jira.
- Validate role-based access controls and audit logging behavior.
- Assist in defining and improving QA best practices.
- Participate in QA automation discussions.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for software quality.
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Understanding of file system permissions and privilege concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint identity concepts.
- Foundational knowledge of QA methodologies.
- Basic familiarity with backend systems and cloud-based architectures.
- Ability to document and communicate test results and defects.
- Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to GovCloud involvement.
