Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies and data issues across GTM processes.
- Design and implement improvements using Salesforce declarative tools.
- Own delivery from idea to adoption of solutions.
- Use AI tools to analyze requirements and propose structured solutions.
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Define and enforce data standards across key GTM objects.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, build-ready solutions.
- Ensure solutions are usable and adopted by end users.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience in a declarative-focused role.
- Proven track record of building and delivering solutions directly in Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Flows, validation, reporting, and data models.
- Experience improving data quality and platform consistency at scale.
- Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end without relying solely on engineers.
- Active use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Code in daily work.
