Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of perception pipelines for humanoid robots.
- Develop multi-sensor fusion frameworks for real-time perception.
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and training infrastructure.
- Drive research and deployment of deep learning models for locomotion and interaction.
- Implement performance profiling and testing systems for perception modules.
- Collaborate with teams to define perception-to-action interfaces.
- Guide integration of synthetic data with real-world datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in engineering.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in perception systems for robotics or autonomous vehicles.
- Strong background in deep learning for computer vision.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in Python and modern C++ with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of 3D geometry and probabilistic estimation.
- Experience deploying models on edge hardware under constraints.
- Track record of shipping ML/Perception systems into production.
