Responsibilities
- Advise clients and translate business and technology needs into appropriate Data and AI solutions.
- Design, challenge, and evolve Data and AI architectures.
- Design and develop AI Engineering, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering solutions in Python.
- Define and implement data flows supporting Data, ML, and AI products.
- Lead the industrialization, production deployment, and monitoring of Data and AI solutions.
- Serve as a Tech Lead, technical expert, or architect depending on the assignment.
- Support client teams in technical decisions and communicate clear technical direction to technical and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Data and AI R&D, technology watch, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Lead mission teams, onboard junior profiles, provide feedback, and improve AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and software craftsmanship practices.
- Mentor teams on architecture decisions and promote sustainable collective delivery.
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional experience and a senior or manager-level background.
- Advanced professional proficiency in Python.
- Significant experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, and Data Engineering.
- Experience with LLM use cases including RAG, prompt engineering, agents, fine-tuning, or Agentic Engineering.
- Ability to design, challenge, and evolve Data and AI architectures.
- Significant experience designing and implementing data flows.
- Experience industrializing, deploying, and monitoring Data, ML, and AI projects in production.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway, OVH, or Outscale.
- Previous Tech Lead experience, technical leadership, or recognized technical expertise.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to present or document knowledge through presentations, articles, or conferences.
- Ops culture, software craftsmanship, and architecture experience are advantages.
- Strong client communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and technical leadership skills.
- French proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
