Advanced Engineer - QA Automation

- Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for integration and system testing.
- Build AI/ML-based solutions for test automation, defect detection, log analysis, and test-result prediction.
- Automate data collection, log parsing, and test reporting.
- Analyze vehicle logs and test data to identify failures, trends, and root causes.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
- Support validation of automotive software across embedded, Android, Linux, and cloud-connected systems.
- Own build, integration, and release activities and maintain automation scripts and ML models.
- Lead a small team of up to three engineers and collaborate with software developers, test engineers, and system architects.
- Prepare technical documentation and improve test coverage and quality.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Python automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience using Pandas and NumPy for data analysis.
- Experience with log analysis, data visualization, and report generation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in automotive software testing or integration testing.
- Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and ISO 26262.
- Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models for test automation or intelligent log analysis is an added advantage.
