Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards to support solution stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor requirements.
- Manage and coordinate team activities, make technical decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts with strategic business goals.
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards and manage data integration and transformation processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation within business intelligence platforms.
- Experience managing data integration and transformation processes for analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and their integration with business intelligence tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize business intelligence solution performance.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
