Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Provide technical direction, review technical designs and code, and serve as a full-stack and cloud technology subject matter expert.
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS services.
- Architect RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven solutions, cloud-native systems, and serverless architectures.
- Mentor and coach developers, lead code reviews, support onboarding, and assist with technical hiring and team planning.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Provide estimates and delivery plans, participate in sprint planning, and identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, application monitoring, logging, observability, and performance tuning.
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices while optimizing cloud deployments for security, scalability, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core or Framework, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps source control and release tools.
- Experience in Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and technical direction skills.
