Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of user-facing features across frontend and backend.
- Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans and outcomes.
- Partner closely with product and design to shape roadmap decisions.
- Engage directly with users to understand workflows and pain points.
- Drive fast iteration loops using feedback and data.
- Raise the quality bar through thoughtful system design and code review.
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing and feedback.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong technical foundation from a CS program or equivalent experience.
- Experience owning significant product or system areas end to end.
- Deep comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend development.
- Solid backend fundamentals including data modeling and APIs.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to reason through complex systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
