Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, high-performance backend business logic in Golang.
Design SQL database structures, manage indexes, and optimize queries for high-load environments.
Build reliable synchronous and asynchronous service interactions using Kafka.
Own the delivery, monitoring, maintenance, and production lifecycle of backend services.
Write structured code, conduct code reviews, follow architectural guidelines, and apply engineering best practices.
Set up monitoring and alerting, participate in post-mortems, identify incident root causes, and automate routine tasks.
Share expertise, onboard team members, and contribute to internal libraries and tools.
Improve technical implementations and product solutions across embedded product teams.

6+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in complex, high-load environments.
3+ years of commercial experience with Golang and advanced practical knowledge of the language.
Strong SQL expertise, including schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Redis and its data structures for high-load systems.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or similar tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
Experience with reliable synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication patterns.
Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns and client-server interaction constraints.
Ability to design and implement observability strategies covering metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing.
