Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct testing for multiple products and projects.
- Perform manual and automated software quality assurance using industry-standard tools.
- Implement test practices, standards, and processes; troubleshoot test issues; record results; and track and prioritize defects.
- Establish measures of test efficiency, effectiveness, and product readiness.
- Contribute minor bug fixes, handle production support requests, and pair with full-stack developers during active development.
- Participate in discovery, experimentation, UX research, product-readiness, and release decisions.
- Deploy applications to production and verify successful deployments.
- Maintain test-environment stability and test data across non-production regions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an information-technology focus, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on test automation experience using Selenium, WebDriver.io, or Protractor with Cucumber.
- Mastery of one or more listed test automation tools or frameworks, including Protractor, Selenium, WebDriver.io, Ruby, Cucumber, Specflow, TestNG, NUnit, or XUnit.
- Strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with unit-testing patterns and methodologies, web application development, REST API development and testing, and environmental troubleshooting.
- Experience working as part of a Scrum team.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, conceptualize tactical delivery approaches, and provide creative frontend/backend solutions.
- CI/CD experience with Bamboo is preferred.
