Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy GenAI technology for content understanding and AI-generated content frameworks.
- Conduct applied research on new GenAI techniques for emerging content experiences and direction.
- Collaborate with Research, Search, Ads, and other engineering teams to integrate GenAI technology into content products and services.
- Contribute to goals and roadmaps for the next generation of Search Content Platform.
- Own holistic content modeling and supporting infrastructure across different content types.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in technical leadership, including leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Benefits
