Base Salary

$118k - $202k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, document, debug, maintain, and optimize non-embedded software across the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Translate customer requirements into software product designs and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation.
  • Develop software products and functionality for systems integration while addressing reliability, efficiency, user inquiries, and technical issues.
  • Implement relevant technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes and improve software processes, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct software research and development projects and advise on software domains, system issues, processes, and regulations.
  • Perform software project management and supplier management activities and evaluate team and supplier performance against project and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining software architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
  • At least 4 years of experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance after starting; U.S. government clearance requirements include U.S. citizenship.
  • Preferred qualifications include Ada programming, Agile/SAFe development, GitLab, Git Bash, Jira, Artifactory, RTOS, and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Successful candidates must complete Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment and a required CodeVue technical assessment.
