Responsibilities
- Drive technical discussions and implementations to generate new business and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Qualify prospect and customer use cases and lead technical demonstrations.
- Advise existing customers on best practices and strategic guidance for Cloudflare products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
- Travel 20-30% for meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Expertise in internet technologies including OSI Model, BGP, and DNS.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Framework and SASE concepts.
- Over 12 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role.
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills.
