Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end SAP solutions for client requirements, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Engage clients to understand requirements, define scope, identify solutions, and explain business benefits, use cases, and roadmaps.
- Support RFx completion and customer proposals with solution designs and relevant customer proof points.
- Create innovative solution designs using EY’s service offerings.
- Build requirement synopses and clearly articulate customer needs.
- Participate in meetings with delivery managers, account managers, client partners, and vertical and horizontal teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in bid and delivery solutioning and core SAP delivery is required.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA is required.
- Experience in multiple SAP functional workstreams, including EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba, Customer, or IBP, or experience as an overall solution architect.
- At least two years of prior business development experience and 11–14 years of overall experience with SAP delivery exposure.
- Experience working with onsite teams in business development or delivery.
- Strong understanding of SAP and its integration with other applications and systems in an IT landscape.
- Experience working on implementation RFPs as an end-to-end solution architect is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, creative problem-solving, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of Activate, Agile, SDLC, Scrum, and other industry business fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
