Base Salary
$89k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise agentic AI solutions in customer environments.
- Build production AI applications and single-agent or multi-agent systems using Gemini, Vertex AI, and Google ADK.
- Develop agent tools, function-calling integrations, state, sessions, context management, memory, error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Build enterprise RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and grounding.
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and operational systems, including human-in-the-loop approval patterns.
- Create evaluation pipelines, golden datasets, regression tests, tracing, guardrails, and production observability for agent reliability.
- Develop Python services and integrations, deploy AI applications on GCP, and implement secure IAM, service-account, secrets, containerization, infrastructure, and monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering ability to move from incomplete business problems to working code, deployed solutions, behavioral evaluation, and debugging.
- Experience building production AI applications and agents with Gemini and Vertex AI.
- Experience with Google ADK, agent tools and function calling, agent orchestration, RAG, grounding, and enterprise data integration.
- Ability to evaluate tool selection, groundedness, response quality, latency, reliability, and model or runtime behavior.
- Proficiency with Python and experience developing REST or event-driven integrations.
- Experience with GCP, IAM, service accounts, secrets, Docker, serverless or Kubernetes platforms, Terraform, logging, tracing, monitoring, and operational diagnostics.
