Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready enterprise software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components using full-stack technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where appropriate.
- Deliver robust, scalable, compliant software while improving engineering productivity and development practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on technical integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
