Base Salary
$159k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable React and TypeScript features and components.
- Implement high-performance real-time interfaces for complex cyber operation data.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions.
- Create interactive visualizations such as graphs, timelines, and streaming views.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, technical debt, and reliability gaps.
- Collaborate with design, product, backend, and operations teams to deliver integrated features.
- Participate in code reviews and support other engineers through pairing and practical feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Production expertise with React and TypeScript and strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance at scale, including profiling, optimization, and rendering strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with state management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Experience with modern build tooling such as Vite or Webpack and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Git experience, including branch workflows, code review practices, and CI integration.
- Ability to collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Chart.js, graph databases such as Neo4j, real-time streaming data, defense or security domains, AI/ML operational interfaces, or component libraries such as Storybook.
