Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations using UiPath, UiPath Maestro, and Agent Builder.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and integrations.
- Drive customer implementations from initial design through production deployment and communicate risks and blockers.
- Debug and resolve issues across orchestration, AI inference, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Contribute reusable components, implementation frameworks, and technical best practices while mentoring engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams on enterprise customer solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering experience with strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript or similar modern programming languages.
- Experience building APIs and integrations with hands-on cloud platform experience.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems and automation platforms.
- Ability to independently manage technical workstreams and customer engagements.
- Strong customer-facing communication, solution design, and complex-systems troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred qualifications include applied AI and machine learning, prompt engineering, hands-on LLM experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, distributed systems, orchestration frameworks, and RPA or automation technology experience.
- A Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
