Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of industry-level solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate feature requests, close product-market-fit gaps, and shape product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge across cloud and ML products.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and migration is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud/AI-native applications and big-data technologies is preferred.
- Experience as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer in B2B AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing is preferred.
- Experience with large enterprise clients, particularly in retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling, is preferred.
- Deep understanding of public cloud and related use cases, including CDN, WAF, DDoS, video streaming, livestream, RTC, VOD, and ML applications, is preferred.
- Computer science or engineering equivalent degrees are preferred.
