Responsibilities
- Act as the customer’s technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture for prospects and existing customers.
- Run pre-sales technical evaluations, including demos and integration workshops.
- Design and execute migrations and implementation plans for customer success.
- Build and maintain demo environments that reflect enterprise workflows.
- Create technical training and lifecycle playbooks for sales and post-sale teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, and data migrations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Github and git; familiarity with Linear and/or Jira preferred.
- Proven ability to build scalable demo environments and troubleshoot issues.
- CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Comfort with SQL and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
