$155k - $171k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical SME and owner for the LoanIQ application, including design, development, configuration, support, and integrations.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient solutions for loan syndication, loan sales and trading, agency, servicing, and settlement workflows.
Translate requirements from trading desks, syndications, operations, and finance into technical solutions.
Analyze and resolve complex production issues involving trade booking, position keeping, cash flow processing, and settlement breaks.
Develop and maintain integrations with trade capture, settlement, accounting/GL, market data, reporting, and reconciliation systems.
Lead technical design and implementation for complex initiatives and provide cross-team technical guidance, coaching, and training.
Drive code quality through design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to software development lifecycle and change-management controls.
Partner with Finastra and other vendors on platform upgrades, patches, and roadmap alignment.
Ensure solutions satisfy regulatory, audit, security, and data-governance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
Minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience with knowledge of loan syndication, loan sales and trading, or similar capital markets products.
Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices.
Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Certified Software Development Professional certification or equivalent.
Preferred expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration, and DevOps.
Preferred familiarity with Agile frameworks, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and enterprise innovation management.
