Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards for maintainable, scalable codebases.
- Lead planning and execution of software development projects while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Manage, collaborate with, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and software component integration.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, scalability, performance, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Siebel Open UI.
- Proficiency in Siebel Open UI is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and software scalability.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
