Base Salary
$145k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the mobile architecture strategy for scalable applications.
- Focus on iOS architecture while understanding Android frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to align architectural decisions with product goals.
- Establish coding standards and performance guidelines.
- Lead architectural reviews and guide refactoring efforts.
- Design reusable APIs, SDKs, and modular components.
- Guide decisions on third-party libraries and mobile tooling.
- Partner with backend teams for seamless app integration.
- Stay updated on mobile architecture trends and best practices.
- Mentor mobile engineers to elevate team proficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in mobile development with an architectural mindset.
- Deep expertise in iOS development using Swift; Objective-C knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and modern iOS frameworks.
- Experience with app performance optimization and modularization.
- Familiarity with Android development (Kotlin/Java) is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating with APIs and handling mobile data storage.
- Strong knowledge of App Store submission and mobile security guidelines.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for explaining architectural concepts.
- Passion for clean code and scalable architecture.
