Base Salary

$111k - $222k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end analytics solutions for pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer experience optimization.
  • Solve complex problems and deliver decision-support tools for CVS Retail strategic priorities.
  • Gather business requirements, define solution enhancements, and conduct ad hoc analyses with stakeholders.
  • Help guide the roadmap for enterprise pricing solutions that deploy data science models through interactive user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, data engineers, developers, business stakeholders, and UX teams.
  • Architect scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data in Palantir Foundry.
  • Apply security, data governance, and development best practices throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and identify process improvements within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience delivering customer-facing, cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • At least 3 years of end-to-end application development experience with Palantir Foundry or similar systems, including Workshop, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology objects/actions, and TypeScript functions.
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • At least 3 years of coding experience with Python/PySpark, SQL, and LLM modeling.
  • At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
  • Preferred: 5 or more years of software development experience and 5 or more years designing, developing, and deploying applications on Palantir Foundry.
  • Preferred: retail merchandising expertise in category management, assortment optimization, product clustering, price sensitivity, promotion affinity, store clustering, and localization.
  • Preferred: at least 1 year of client- or user-facing product support, requirements gathering, or collaborative solution design with UX teams.
  • Preferred: prompt engineering experience developing solutions with LLM models.
