Base Salary
$197k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and roadmap for the member referral platform.
- Scale incentive and referral systems to manage growing member volume.
- Integrate ML model outputs into referral surfaces to enhance effectiveness.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments in collaboration with data science.
- Partner with product, design, and analytics to define development priorities.
- Drive code quality and system design standards within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications.
- Experience designing systems that shift user behavior through incentives.
- Operational experience with ML model pipelines and A/B testing infrastructure.
- Strong skills in technologies such as React, Node.js, and AWS.
