Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents.
- Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into AI workflows.
- Build robust multi-agent systems using best practices.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging AI frameworks and tools.
- Develop reusable AI services and components for scalability.
- Implement automated evaluation pipelines and performance analytics.
- Partner with engineers to optimize model deployment and infrastructure.
- Contribute to AI architecture and mentor teammates on development patterns.
- Communicate technical designs and strategies to stakeholders.
- Explore advances in Agentic AI and translate innovations into business value.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in software development or data science roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI and cloud services.
- Experience with modern foundation models through APIs.
- Strong understanding of LLM/GenAI model application development.
- Experience designing AI workflows and integrating AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
