Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP implementations, including Dataverse, security and permissions, application configuration, and extension approaches.
- Design APIs, external-system integrations, event and batch processing, and data synchronization.
- Lead development activities including design and implementation reviews, implementation guidance, configuration management, and release policies.
- Design regression, performance, and security testing; improve quality, analyze incidents, and implement permanent corrective measures.
- Design operations processes covering monitoring, logging, incident response, and change management, and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate as a sub-lead or team lead depending on experience and skills.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing business application deployments or developments.
- Experience extending and integrating Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or an equivalent platform.
- Ability to design while considering non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and operations.
- Ability to organize technical issues and drive decision-making with stakeholders.
- Japanese-language communication skills.
- Preferred experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
- Preferred Power Platform experience, including PCF, Plugins, Power Automate, and ALM.
- Preferred Azure integration experience with APIM, Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Preferred DevOps/ALM experience with Git, pipelines, automated testing, and environment strategy.
- Microsoft-related certifications and English technical communication skills are preferred.
