Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end systems development lifecycle from requirements analysis through coding, testing, UAT, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Create high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Develop software and data solutions supporting finance, P&L, capital, balance sheet, liquidity, reporting, and regulatory processes.
  • Translate business needs into process workflows, data requirements, and implementation specifications.
  • Build relationships with business partners and collaborate across divisions to reuse common solutions.
  • Work with LLMs, AI-powered automation, and prompt engineering concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Java, C/C++, Python, or Scala.
  • Exposure to relational and NoSQL data stores.
  • Strong programming, problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming skills.
  • Strong full-stack technical design and development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business audiences.
  • Interest in finance.
