Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end systems development lifecycle from requirements analysis through coding, testing, UAT, implementation, and maintenance.
- Create high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
- Develop software and data solutions supporting finance, P&L, capital, balance sheet, liquidity, reporting, and regulatory processes.
- Translate business needs into process workflows, data requirements, and implementation specifications.
- Build relationships with business partners and collaborate across divisions to reuse common solutions.
- Work with LLMs, AI-powered automation, and prompt engineering concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Java, C/C++, Python, or Scala.
- Exposure to relational and NoSQL data stores.
- Strong programming, problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming skills.
- Strong full-stack technical design and development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a global team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business audiences.
- Interest in finance.
