Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors and other talent acquisition and onboarding applications.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support application fixes, updates, releases, and product implementations.
- Provide business consultation and application support to meet organizational outcomes.
- Communicate with users and respond to application support requests.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business partners to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets and user requests.
- Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 3 or more years of experience.
- Experience with talent acquisition and onboarding applications such as SmartRecruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn, HireRight, and similar technology solutions.
- SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding certification or module experience is preferred.
